Measurement

Every shekel you invest is measured all the way to a booked meeting

A live dashboard from day one, a one-page monthly report, and one operational decision every month. That's what justifies a retainer — and why clients stay.

What's measured, and when

Three floors. Start on the first, climb with the results.

Floor 1 · Months 1–3

Visibility & reach

Reach and engagement within the target audience only — not gross. Profile views by role, the share of decision-makers among new followers, and share of voice against competitors.

Floor 2 · Months 3–6

Trust & connection

Engagement from defined target accounts, inbound inquiries that mention the content — the strongest leading indicator of a deal, measured weekly — teaser downloads, newsletter signups and meeting invitations.

Floor 3 · Months 4–12

Business results

Meetings booked, leads that passed qualification, pipeline influenced, deals closed and capital raised — from your sales team's ongoing records.

Behind the scenes

Every lead gets a score. Every connection is checked against the ideal profile.

At the start we define your ideal client profile together — company, role, seniority, region, sometimes revenue. Every person who connects, comments, views the profile or reaches out receives a fit score against that profile, in real time.

So the dashboard shows you not just how many interactions there were — but which ones deserve follow-up: which high-scoring prospects viewed the profile, who reached out because of the content, and who's ripe for outreach or a newsletter invitation. "Saw you at the conference" and "I'd like to meet" are counted differently — because they're worth differently.

Two tracking tracks

A decision-maker who read you for six months and then picked up the phone doesn't show up in analytics

In large deals, most of the buyer's journey happens under the radar of measurement systems. So we track along two parallel tracks:

The technological track

Tracking links, analytics and sync with your CRM.

The direct-report track

A mandatory "How did you hear about us?" field on every form and in every sales call.

Only the combination closes the loop and makes real — not sampled — ROI possible.

The monthly report

One page. Five parts. One decision.

1

Performance vs. the Scorecard

What was defined, what actually happened, and the gap.

2

Organic media value

What it would have cost to buy, in paid media, the reach you earned organically with the target audience — at accepted market CPMs.

3

Top three pieces of content

And which of them get paid amplification next month.

4

Inquiries, downloads and meetings

Each one attributed to its source.

5

One operational decision

Not a task list. One focused action for the coming month.

A fit call. 30 minutes. A straight answer.

We'll map your audience, what you already have, and what's realistic in the first quarter. If it's not a fit, we'll say so on the call — and won't send a proposal.
